Return instructions
If you wish to return an item, contact us on WhatsApp: +852 6204 0856 before sending it back. Include your order number and the reason for the return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
25% deduction
For a return to which this deduction lawfully applies, 25% of the returned merchandise value is deducted from the merchandise refund. For example, a returned item purchased for USD 100 would have a USD 25 deduction, leaving a USD 75 merchandise refund. The percentage is calculated on the returned goods value, not on shipping charges.
Shipping charges are considered separately from the merchandise deduction. Contact us for the arrangements applicable to your return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with your order number and relevant photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedies for defective or nonconforming goods. The 25% deduction does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law. Any return or refund required by such law will be handled in accordance with that law.
